This beautiful trail tours the grounds of the US Air Force Academy. The trail traverses wide open prairies and secluded low mountain woods. It's a great place to get some sights in while enjoying nature. <br />
This is a multi-use trail so please be respectful, also expect a possible car search at the gate.
I-25 to Northgate of Air Force Academy Non-Military Entrance - Exit 156B. Once you go through security, take your first left onto Stadium Blvd, then a right onto Academy Dr. -- Parking lot at the top of the hill on the right side of the road (near the stadium).
